Ta Kou Cable Car stands along the 1A Nation Highway, 30km far from Phan Thiet City. It belongs to Ward Thuan Nam, District Ham Thuan. The total length is 1.6 km, 505 meters above Mean Level Sea. 35 cars automatically open and close to serve 1,000 customers per hour. With Ta Kou cable car, tourists will enjoy the bird's eye view of sea and forest which is larger than 250 hectares. At the top station, there is the small path that leads to pagoda and three Buddha statuses. One of them is Sakya Muni Buddha status which is largest (49m length, 11m height) in Asian. "Half-year from opening day, more than 200 thousands tourists had come. Total income got VND 7.5 billion” as Phương Vũ Đức, vice director of Ta Kou Cable Car said.
